General Overview
Description
This project is trying to:
- Developing a spatial framework to work with infrastructural spatial data in the city of Berlin;
- Model the rent prices based on previously scraped real data;
- Geocode addresses to lat. lon. formats;
- Use distance measurements and normalization techniques to create a scoring system for evaluating the different areas of Berlin in connection with real estate location;
- Explore the idea of landlord premiums as an over-under-evaluation factor for real rent prices.
